Karin is an executive team leader with more than 20 years of experience building scalable design thinking solutions for high-growth startup and Fortune 100 healthcare companies that deliver financial and reputation results well beyond expectations.

Karin is expert at leading human-centric data + AI research and discovery business transformation efforts for health and technology companies. She helps fill business, brand, communication, reputation, market and product development leadership roles for AI-based products and companies.

Prior to REACH, Karin led omni-channel branding and marketing services for SGK Health where she oversaw marketing ecosystem management for some of the most well-recognized pharmaceutical and global consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.

Prior to SGK, Karin served in senior management roles at ROCHE, Abbott and global consulting organizations where she successfully launched and managed consumer and health professional education about FDA-regulated pharmaceutical, medical device, and health technology brands and products. 

Karin was schooled in the principles of the scientific method at the University of California Santa Cruz and while conducting research that led her to discover two small molecules that were developed into treatments for cancer.

Karin splits her time between family, friends and colleagues on land and water in the Bay Area, CA where she maintains ties with nonprofits that promote access to affordable quality healthcare.
